What is NDT Inspection?

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is a critical quality control process that evaluates the properties of materials, components, or assemblies without causing damage. This allows for thorough inspection while preserving the integrity of the part.

Our NADCAP & FAA/EASA certified inspectors use state-of-the-art equipment and follow strict industry standards to detect surface and subsurface defects, ensuring the safety and reliability of critical aerospace components.

We provide complete documentation and certification for all inspection services, meeting the rigorous requirements of aerospace and defense industries.

Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection Process

1. Pre-Cleaning

Thorough cleaning to remove all contaminants that could interfere with penetrant application.

2. Penetrant Application

Application of fluorescent penetrant and dwell time to allow penetration into surface defects.

3. Removal & Development

Removal of excess penetrant followed by application of developer to draw out trapped penetrant.

4. Inspection & Documentation

UV light inspection by certified inspectors with complete photographic documentation and reporting.
